This is the boat boarding and departure area for Mekong dolphin (Irrawaddy dolphin) viewing trips. While experiencing the river flow and surrounding nature, you may be able to spot dolphins surfacing if conditions and luck align. Since operations can change with weather and water levels, confirm the best time (often early morning) and follow all safety instructions, including wearing a life jacket.
