This is an outlook point along the malecón (riverside promenade), where you can easily enjoy riverside scenery and the late-afternoon atmosphere. It also works as a resting point during a town walk. In the rainy season, water levels can rise, so follow any access restrictions during high water, and at night, move according to surrounding conditions.
