This is an observation point called “Micos en los arboles” (“Monkeys in the trees”). You may be able to see wildlife near green areas, and it can be a good place for photos. Do not feed the animals; keep your distance and observe quietly, and secure valuables (especially food and bags) to avoid attracting attention.
