Baluarte de Santa Clara is part of Cartagena’s historic fortifications and fits naturally into a city-walls walking route. It is a good photo stop, especially when paired with nearby wall segments and viewpoints. Expect strong sun and heat on the walls, watch for steps and uneven surfaces, and take breaks to avoid dehydration.
