Charco Azul Trailhead (Entrada Charco Azul) is the entry point to Charco Azul (“Blue Pool”), where clear water scenery is often the main attraction. It can be rewarding even on a short visit, but conditions near pools and streams can be hazardous. Watch for sudden rises in water level, fast currents, and slippery rocks; in rain, avoid risky swimming, jumping, or entering the water at all.
