Lago del Totumo is a lake near the El Totumo mud-volcano area, and it may be visited as part of the surrounding natural landscape. Shorelines can be slippery, so watch your footing. If you plan to do a mud experience nearby, bring a change of clothes, a towel, and drinking water for comfort afterward.
