Nea Kameni Viewpoint looks over Santorini’s volcanic islets and caldera terrain, and is often paired with boat excursions that land on the volcano for a short hike. Footing is loose volcanic gravel with minimal shade, so wear sturdy shoes, carry water, and manage sun/heat and wind exposure throughout the visit.
