Kourtaliotiko Gorge (Κουρταλιώτικο Φαράγγι) is one of Crete’s most impressive gorges, known for dramatic rock walls and flowing water, with both viewpoints and walks inside the gorge offering different atmospheres. Paths and steps can be slippery, so wear good shoes and avoid visiting during flooding, strong winds, or unsafe conditions.
