Shanti Stupa is a white-domed Buddhist monument standing on a hill above Leh. Built as a symbol of world peace, it contains Buddhist relics and images of the Buddha, while its elevated terraces offer panoramic views of Leh, the Indus Valley, and the surrounding Himalayan mountains.
