Elephanta Caves is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located on Elephanta Island in Mumbai Harbour. Created mainly between the 5th and 8th centuries, the rock-cut cave temples are renowned for monumental Hindu sculptures dedicated to Shiva, including the celebrated three-faced Trimurti relief.
