Kamphaeng Phet Province
Wat Chang Lob (Elephant Temple) is a temple ruin within Kamphaeng Phet Historical Park, characterized by a protective design with elephant sculptures surrounding the base. Elephants are considered symbols of royalty and protection, and the contrast between the red laterite stone and the moss makes for beautiful photography. Although it is medium-sized, it is also useful for understanding the structure of the urban ruins, making it a popular local detour spot for history, architecture, faith, and photography all at once.
