Pha Mon Cliff (Moan Rock Viewpoint) is another high-altitude viewpoint overlooking the Mekong River, where you can enjoy the dynamic topography where the layers of the surrounding rock face blend with the flow of the river. The cool river breeze, soft light in the morning, and the orange ridges and shadows in the evening make it a beautiful photo spot. As a local observation point that is not overly touristy, it is a popular detour spot for travelers who love topography, nature, and photography.
