Khlong Khong Beach

This rustic viewing spot overlooks a local beach on the Lanta Island side of Krabi Province. The reflections on the water's surface, the sea breeze, the sound of the waves, and the cries of seabirds provide background music, and the soft light and clear air in the early morning, and the golden reflections and shadows in the evening make for great photos. It's not a tourist observation deck, but rather a great place to take a break, take photos, or just stop by quietly on your way.
