Badami Cave Temples

The Badami Cave Temples are a group of rock-cut sanctuaries carved into red sandstone cliffs during the Chalukya period in the 6th and 7th centuries. Dedicated to Hindu and Jain traditions, the caves contain finely carved pillars, sculptures, and reliefs depicting Shiva, Vishnu, and other sacred figures.
