The Gommateshwara Bahubali Statue at Shravanabelagola is a monumental monolithic Jain sculpture created in the 10th century. Depicting Bahubali standing in deep meditation, it is one of Jainism’s most important pilgrimage monuments and becomes the focus of the grand Mahamastakabhisheka anointing ceremony held periodically.
