Humayun's Tomb is a grand 16th-century garden mausoleum in Delhi, commissioned by Empress Bega Begum for the Mughal emperor Humayun. Built from red sandstone and white marble, its symmetrical layout and Persian-inspired charbagh garden strongly influenced later Mughal architecture, including the Taj Mahal.
